A few months back, dad asked for a summary of sorts of my running. I've been keeping track since sometime in May when I started with Team Sakina. I thought it would be interesting to see how much I've run, week to week, since then. (Also, it might help me know better when to get new shoes). So here goes.

5/24: 11 * shin splints started, thus low mileage for next 2 weeks

7/12: 10 * I think this week was the last week I ran with TS
